The GUPS exclusively accepts applications from international, Overseas Chinese, HongKong, and Macao students.
For international students: go to the application portal, create an account, fill in your personal information, select the program, upload the required documents (including recommendation letters), make payment for the application fee
For overseas Chinese, Hong Kong, and Macao students: find a recommender, after being recommended, follow the instructions sent via email, log in to the system, fill in personal information, select the program, upload required documents (including recommendation letters), make payment for the application fee
Study plan: no limitations on word count and format
Graduation certificate of highest degree awarded: students graduating in the current year shall submit a Provisional Graduation Certificate
English language certificate: B2 level in TOEFL / IELTS / TOEIC / GEPT / Cambridge Main Suite/BULATS
Recommendation letters: The recommendation letters must be uploaded by the high school representative via the High School Representative system.
Pay the NTD 2,000 application fee
Upload all the required documents (including recommendation letters) and click the submission button by the deadline

: Please print and complete Self-Evaluation Form, and upload to the online application system along with other application materials within deadline.
